“It would have been all 5, but the last time I placed an order for delivery, one of the four chicken sandwiches I ordered (ordered all plain) was caked in mayo and I had to throw it away. I was refunded rewards point but I had to give my daughter my sandwich so I didn't eat that night.“

Stopped coming here 2 years ago.
Reasons:
1. Staff unpleasant, nearly rude. More concerned about talking stories than serving waiting customers
2. Orders typically incorrect
3. Fries were mushy
4. Chicken tasted dry
5. Horribly dirty bathroom
Today...In the neighborhood and decided to check them out around 1pm. No homeless congregating outside.
1. Staff was courteous and attentive.
2. Order was correct
3. Fries hot and crispy
4. Chicken hot and juicy

“I received excellent service at the drive thru. On 1/14/26 @ 10pm or so I was privilege to be served by Amaan & his co-worker Junnie. They were patient & never once did either of them roll their eyes to the celling as if they were irritated with me.
The both of them were kind & gentle towards me.

This is my second time here. 1st time was when they opened 15+ years ago. That time wasn’t good. Looking forward to giving a better review.
Chicken was moist and crispy. The chicken was flavorful. I am glad to report we enjoyed the chicken, chicken tenders and biscuits. Will come back. Will enjoy again.“
“For fast food chain chicken restaurants Popeyes is the best around currently in my opinion.
Their deals are some of the best value for your buck with a good reward system that can be used in tandem with a deal unlike a lot of chain restaurants.
Chicken itself is fine, their wings aren't that great but the rest is good, great blackened tenders though.“

“I love tthis location...the staffs are so friendly and they asked if you want anysauce. I asked for 1 sweet heat and they gave me. Some other pop eyes location are so stingy about sauce and dont even ask if you want any sauce....they dont give you for free. I paid some time 0.30 cents or 0.50 cent for 1 sweet & heat sauce even when i spent over $25 for fried chicken.“
“aside from the food, which is always very tasty, when i order online i usually add many sauces. every single time they forget to even put one sauce! i once spent $10 on sauces and they didn’t put a single one.
one worker, he appears to be older, wrinkly face, asian maybe, is pretty rude. he acts like he doesn’t want to serve you at all and is not friendly.
