“I ordered pork, eggroll, fried shrimp, and rice and let me tell you the eggroll was so crisp and hot i wish i ordered an extra one. The pork was nice and juicy and the fried shrimp was just as delicious and crispy. I would recommend this order highly. atmosphere was very clean and i LOVE the aesthetic. Come here if you are in Almaden.“

“The parking was easy for Friday lunch. The menu is smaller than many Pho establishments in the area. However, I think the quality of what they offer is pretty high. I peeked at the food of neighboring tables and thought each lunch choice looked good. The rare steak was lean without gristle. They generously provided us with a veggie accompaniment plate each for our pho as opposed to having us share 1 plate of greens. I liked that the broth was light.“

“First time there and it was the best in San Jose for me I wish they would accept credit card because I rarely carry cash anymore and my order was to go I didn’t know I got so little veggies for my Pho. But other than that I was very satisfied.“

“I've been to this pho place a few times, both for dine-in and takeout, and it's been consistently good. Their vegetarian pho is my go-to—it's packed with fresh vegetables like broccoli, carrots, lettuce, and bok choy, making it both flavorful and filling. It comes with bean sprouts, jalapeños, mint, and lemon on the side, so you can customize the flavors to your liking.

I also appreciate that they have a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu. For takeout, everything is packed separately, which keeps the broth hot and the vegetables fresh until you're ready to assemble your bowl at home.

“We had a great lunch at Pho Tau Bay. There were three of us and we had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. We were seated right away, during lunchtime. The server was quick, attentive, and took our order almost immediately. The service was efficient and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. We started with fresh spring rolls as an appetizer along with a bowl of pho soup. The food was delivered promptly and everything tasted amazing. The flavors were rich, fresh, and very satisfying.“
