“The restaurant is clean, the food was great and staff was friendly. Two of us got beef pho and one got a chicken pho. Both broths were super tasty and the meats were so tender

The broth was very clean tasting, not too salty, nor too oily. We really appreciated that the pho came out hot and not like warm like we have experienced at other pho spots recently. The bowl came with a hefty serving of veggies for the pho which we really enjoyed.

“I asked to have some veggies added my Wonton Egg Noodle Soup pick-up order. I received an extra container with cabbage, broccoli, bok choy, and carrots. I added Hoison and Chili Paste sauces to flavor and it was delicious! The vegetables cost an additional $3.85 making it seem expensive. But the generous portion size allows me to get two meals. I'll do this again!“

“I've been to this pho place a few times, both for dine-in and takeout, and it's been consistently good. Their vegetarian pho is my go-to—it's packed with fresh vegetables like broccoli, carrots, lettuce, and bok choy, making it both flavorful and filling. It comes with bean sprouts, jalapeños, mint, and lemon on the side, so you can customize the flavors to your liking.

I also appreciate that they have a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu. For takeout, everything is packed separately, which keeps the broth hot and the vegetables fresh until you're ready to assemble your bowl at home.

The service is fast, the broth is always piping hot, and the portions are generous. Overall, it's a good spot for a quick, comforting bowl of pho. I'd definitely come back!“

“First time there and it was the best in San Jose for me I wish they would accept credit card because I rarely carry cash anymore and my order was to go I didn’t know I got so little veggies for my Pho. But other than that I was very satisfied.“

“We had a great lunch at Pho Tau Bay. There were three of us and we had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. We were seated right away, during lunchtime. The server was quick, attentive, and took our order almost immediately. The service was efficient and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. We started with fresh spring rolls as an appetizer along with a bowl of pho soup. The food was delivered promptly and everything tasted amazing. The flavors were rich, fresh, and very satisfying.“
