El Pollo Loco offers decent food but is a bit overpriced. Some dishes are overloaded with rice, leaving little room for other ingredients. Despite this, the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The shredded chicken nachos are a popular choice. Customers appreciate the quick service and availability of unsweetened black tea. For those seeking a nostalgic taste, the chicken and rice resemble the original flavors from the past. Overall, a good option for a tasty meal, though prices may be higher than other nearby alternatives.
