I always buy pollo loco in this establishment.buy yesterday all chicken was unflavor.and as always the services ( workers very kind with customers.)

El Pollo Loco on White Rd and Story Rd in San Jose is the best around! The staff is excellent, and the service is fast. The food is amazing, especially the chicken and salads. However, some new employees are rude and stingy, like Rosario at the window. Hopefully, the management can make improvements to bring back the great experience it used to be.
