Music was too loud, so it was hard to hear the cashier.
I get some of the worst service I've experienced at a Starbucks here. The drinks simply take too long. I've had to refund my order multiple times because I would be late for work if I waited any longer.
Seriously, this would be a decent Starbucks if they just got their act together. Making drinks on time shouldn't be hard for a cafe location.
