“I love in-n-out! The burgers are always fresh and delicious. I wish they had delivery, but thinking more about it's what gives its charm, like if you really crave it you have to go out. The drive through lines are always very long, so I'd recommend being a little less lazy, and go for dine in, at least take it on the counter. I think the patties are really tiny, so if you like to have a decent meal go for triple-triple: three patties and three cheeses. The fries are off a bit in my opinion, but after eating more let's say I got used to its flavor. I don't know if it's a good thing, but the thing is the excuse that they used real fresh potatoes is not enough. I've already eaten fried potatoes that are just potatoes and it doesn't taste like that. If you don't like the fries, you can order them animal style, it's a bit better. The place sometimes misses banana peppers, but you can ask for free at the counter. They could watch the soda machines better too. And definitely keep the restroom cleaner. Last time I went there was vomit on the sink (although I could let it slide because it was a one time thing). They could have different sizes of fries and maybe some more toppings to mix it up a bit.

Vegetarian options: You can eat the banana peppers with ketchup and mustard for free and get a soda refill. Maybe the shakes and cocoa are vegetarian, I don't know

Dietary restrictions: You can ask for protein style for bunless burgers if you are on a keto. I think you better check for the ingredients of the spread or you can ask without it or replace it for mustard just to be safe.

Kid-friendliness: They have cocoa for free for kids on rainy days“

“Came here for lunch to eat a Charburger with cheese. The food tastes good as usual, however at this location, the service was a bit too slow. That is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. There were not many customers at all. It took 10 mins after ordering for the order to be ready. The restaurant itself was somewhat clean but not perfect. Convenient location near the busier part of town. Plenty of parking.“

“YUM! Stopped here by chance when making a Target run for college drop off. The food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere. So many fun drinks to choose from - they had a great variety of beers and cocktails. I know it’s a burger place (the guys had burgers - they said they were great!) but I had the Southwest style salad (can’t remember the name) and it was outstanding. The grilled chicken on it was fantastic! Loved the onion strings and shoestring fries. I’m probably calling everything the wrong name but we really enjoyed everything we ordered (including the hatch green chili Mac n cheese - which had some kick!). I’d definitely recommend this place. The service was great too. Eat here and enjoy!“

“Bacon Burger was delicious today. Remember having juicier patty when I was at the shop last year. I have been craving for it since I stepped into USA 9 days ago but had the chance only today. “This location is one of the best. They keep their traffic in drive-thru flowing especially at late hours. My experience with customer service has ALWAYS been positive.Food wise, I've NEVER had to take my food back or toss it. On 1 or 2 occasions, my fries weren't hot (fresh) and in saying that please make them fresh or ensure you serve hot/warm fries for every order. It really ruins the enjoyment when you have a nicely fresh made sandwhich or burger and your fries are cold.Otherwise, thank you! I don't expect perfection, but decent quality. I recommend this location for those who need a good Jack in the box location if you are from the Sunnyvale and or Mountain View area.“
