I’ve ate here before but this review is for Connor, the employee taking orders outside in the cold at 1am maintaining A1 people skills, speaking not only to me but the car behind me with great attitude. If you guys are looking for a manager or someone who takes their job seriously even when no one is looking, he’s the guy. So much respect for his work ethic. This isn’t even about the food:)
Because they can change bread to lettuce wrap without extra charge, I’m giving them 5 stars. Their staff is very friendly

However, parking can be tight, so it's recommended to park at the Costco across the street. The restaurant also features COVID safety measures.
It's a California staple, offering affordable, decent-quality fast food with burgers, fries, shakes, and sodas. This location is identical to all the rest in design and is always packed with barely any free tables or seats. The line for the drive-thru is always over 10 cars in length, but it moves quickly.
The customer service is excellent, and the burgers and fries are delicious. The only downside is the long wait time, but waiting for freshly made food is worth it. It's a must-visit if you're not from California, but once you've had it, it's not anything special.
