This particular location in Palo Alto felt fairly average. The experience was unremarkable, lacking the warmth, atmosphere, or distinct character that can make a coffee stop memorable.
We came to relax at the end of our day, and Emilio took our order. He was incredibly kind and generous. People like him truly deserve recognition and appreciation. :)
