One of the best Thai teas I've ever had. Very flavorful, not watered down
I’ve passed by this tea shop many times because it’s located right next to both a middle school and a high school. My child often comes here with friends after school, so I’ve done countless drop-offs and pick-ups—but this was actually my first time coming inside and dining here.

They have the beauty drink available here and everything is dairy free! Black sesame and peach blossom with coconut milk, I also had the mango juice with mango chunks! Everything was delicious. This is my kind of coffee shop :) They also have no wait ordering available. This is a great Vietnamese coffee shop in the East Foothills!

Acha is a decent spot to grab some coffee or boba, with early opening hours. The inside of the shop is decent, though the general area and strip mall are a bit questionable. Service can be a little slow at times. The kiosk system makes it easy to order drinks exactly to your liking, with great customization options for ice and sugar levels. Acha also offers filling and affordable meal options, making it a great choice for local customers.
