Noodles was better than expected compared to nearby places. (fresh) soup is great, not drenched in oil. I also got the spring rolls. The sizes are bigger than its competitors. I love it.
For me, this is the best pho in SJ. It's southern style pho which I prefer. The broth is amazing, it hits every single note I feel like pho broth should have (salty, little sweet, umami, beefy, rich but light) Portions are good, and the broth comes out piping hot! I also love that noodles are cooked perfectly -- soft but a tiny bit al dente so the noodles don't get soggy by the end of the bowl, and not cut into little pieces. Portions were generous. The crispy chow mein noodles were more than I could eat in one sitting, but husband finished his big bowl of Pho Ga. Food was decent, but not great. Enjoyed the springrolls.
