“Probably the best tasting tea flavor and also great chewy boba and boba ratio, main ding is just the extra $1-2 dollars per drink than even the next very expensive boba brands (like Molly Tea and Hey Tea). For that price performance it’s hard to justify going to Chi Cha instead of the fleet (Ume, TP) of delicious boba places at a cheaper price point. If they knock a dollar off it would be a 5 star offering!“

“I have tried the tea and it's one of the kind, price is so reasonable for a large size, you need to try when you are around the area, words can't describe until you have tasted the tea and judge for yourself.... highly recommended.“

“I’ve tried matcha spots all over the U.S. bc I travel a lot for work, and somehow I always end up comparing them to Izumi. Honestly, this is still my fave.
The drink I got was super creamy and almost gave matcha tiramisu vibes, but it wasn’t overly sweet or heavy. You could still taste the actual matcha, which I really appreciate because so many places cover it up with milk and sugar. This felt like the perfect mix of Japanese matcha and a fun California café drink.
Also, watching them make it, I could tell it wasn’t a quick or simple order. There were a few steps and layers, and the person making it took their time even though they were busy. Kinda felt bad for ordering something so extra lol, but it came out perfect, so thank you!
Cute spot, really good quality, and still one of the best matcha drinks I’ve had anywhere. Def worth the wait“

“Great place to bring your own containers and get package free loose leaf tea! They also have fantastic selection of loose leaf tea in bags. Tough to choose which tea to get!“

“Got the guava matcha and the peach rice mochi yogurt (seasonal)
The matcha was nice but the recommended 50% sweetness was too sweet.
The yogurt drink was unique. Haven't seen it in other places in the area.“

“Our new happy spot. I have fallen for the Pink Panther. Highly recommended.“
“My favorite milk tea/boba place in the Bay Area. The prices of their drinks haven't risen like other chains, their tea is of high quality, and the staff make drinks in the fastest time. While there isn't much seating room inside, one can quickly order and grab and go. The staff speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English and one can either name the drinks or provide a number, and they incredibly know which number matches each drink. My favorite drink here is the Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea with pearls; however, any milk teas from here taste delicious!“

“Tea Top is absolutely my Go-to place when I crave for a good boba milk tea. The location is ideal - close to my work office, easy parking. The service is always great. I want to make a special mention to Jackie their lovely staff. Jackie is simply amazing - joyful, courteous, professional and she makes you want to visit the store again!“

“My wife and I were once just basic milk tea drinkers. We had our standard spot that we used to go to for years. We had friends that used to tell us about getting milk tea with “cheese” in it and we said “that sounds gross”. So one of our friends eventually dragged my wife to Happy Lemon and made her try the milk tea with salted cheese and….our taste buds will never be the same again.
I have now been to this Happy Lemon on multiple occasions. Parking has never been an issue. The people that take the drink orders, and serve the drinks have been consistently nice. The wait time for the drinks have been consistent with other tea places we have been.
My wife and I are now hooked on the Milk Tea with Salted Cheese and Boba Milk Tea with Cream Puff. I even bought some of the Salted Cheese ice cream for our daughters to try. They immediately tasted the cheese flavor and thought it was “yucky”. I was very happy to hear that and I sat back and enjoyed every spoonful.“
“If you’re looking for a place that serves refreshing, delicious drinks, this spot really stands out. From fruity juices, milkshakes, smoothies, mocktails, to cold coffees, every sip is packed with flavor and freshness. The drinks are perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too heavy — making them enjoyable for everyone.“

“We love this T4—I've practically funded their business with how much I've spent here over the past three years.
But honestly, the quality of the boba has really gone downhill. It’s sad to see the authentic, soft pearls replaced by something less memorable.
Owners, please take notice—bring back the good old boba, or you might lose loyal customers like us. We’re rooting for you to get it right again!“

“Consider this a 3.5. The boba was off but good, the taste really, it was chewy and firm. The tea was good (I got less sweet but regular would have been fine as someone who likes little to no sugar in tea. The staff were very friendly and upfront. There was a reasonable amount of ice in the drink. The price was average.“

“Have been obsessed since trying 3Cat in LA and San Diego.
We got the matcha chestnut, mochi barley burst, and mochi mango. All so good. They use straus milk so it’s naturally creamy and sweet. I got my matcha chestnut with less sugar and ice and it’s perfect.“

“Ten Ren is hands-down my favorite boba spot in the Cupertino area, their tea tastes like tea and the flavors added are not too overwhelming. Staff are friendly and will happily help you with your order if you find there are any problems with your drink. Prices are not bad and they have one of the more generous rewards systems that I've seen. Always happy to come and support this store. I recommend their Honeydew GMT!“
