The flavor is smooth, clean, and naturally rich, showing its freshness. The matcha gelato is amazing, creamy, and top tier, with a classic flavor without being overly grassy. Popular items include the banana pudding matcha drink, the ube matcha, the ultra rich matcha, the peach rice mochi yogurt, and the matcha latte. The Hokkaido milk gelato is rich and sweet, while the Osmanthus fermented rice gelato is fragrant.
The minimalist Japanese-style interior is cozy, aesthetic, bright, and clean, with seating available. Service is friendly and efficient but not fast, and wait times can be longer than expected, especially on weekends, as drinks and parfaits require longer prep. It is recommended to order drinks online to save time. While the desserts and gelato are more on the expensive side, the quality is excellent, tasting exactly like in Japan.
