Tea it Up is a new boba restaurant with easy parking and friendly staff. However, there is no physical menu available, which can make ordering challenging. The Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea was found to be watered down and not recommended. On the other hand, the Hojicha Milk Latte with boba received high praise for its strong hojicha flavor and excellent boba texture. The Japanese Hojicha Milk Tea was also enjoyed. The restaurant offers a variety of unique milk tea options, including Strawberry with Popping Boba, Avocado Mango Milk Tea, Lychee-Peach-Passionfruit-Mango Ice Tea, and Fruity Delight Tea. Despite one member's disappointment with their drink, the overall impression was positive, and it is recommended to visit if in the area.
