“First time here - my friend and I met in the area and decided to enter out of whim (we drove in 2hrs+ and Redwood is our meeting place). I had Matcha Hojicha latte and it's GOOD!! I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to adjust sweetness & ice, and dairy option available. Their drinks are crafted drinks and mine has many layered to it. I like that they used the matcha as a foam/topper. This is my new fave place. Too bad we don't have one in the area. @ Tong Sui - please open one in Livermore/Tracy/Brentwood area. This place doesn't accept cash but has online order and store pick up or use their kiosk. Tap pay or swipe are available here as well.“

“This shop is incredible. A family run business that is clean professional and fun. Bring your family or yourself for any of their amazing treats. I tried the spicy kani onigiri and it was fresh plus delicious. Great flavour in the food today. The owner made my drink a coconut milk tea and it was so wonderful. This is as good as boba tea gets. Their equipment is top notch and it's easy to support a great local business. Stop by for something you deserve soon.“

“Verde Tea Cafe is a very lowkey and affordable drink store in downtown Mountain View. Their drinks selection are huge, it got almost every boba flavor you could think of, iced or hot. The store is small and cozy but still got free wifi and some tables to sit and study. Also appreciate that they even got Chinese savory snacks like popcorn chicken, fried fish balls or fried chicken wings etc! Overall, a solid spot. Highly recommend checking them out, you couldn't find anywhere cheaper than this.“

It’s a cute little store, ordered through the kiosk machine which charges a credit card fee but only one machine. Takes forever for people to place order especially if one group has several people and trying to decide on what to order. We loved the kids tea boba. Overall great place and limited seating.“

“Eating lunch here right now with the family on a weekend. The service is very friendly and speedy. The space is also very clean and open. The place is kind of tucked away in office buildings but there was still a good amount of people here on a weekend. The kids loved the pond area outside to run around and look at the ducks. The food is also very good. Lots of light and heartier options. We got masubis, loco moco and bibimbop bowls along with some drinks. We’ll definitely be back especially since the kids love it here.“

“Always one of my favorite stops if I’m already going for a walk around downtown San Mateo. They’re more well known for their grass jelly (no surprise given the name), but their regular milk teas are also very good as well! I usually go for their orange carmella milk teas, but the snowy tops are also a good treat, especially on a warm day.“

One thing to note is that Molly Tea doesn’t offer a wide variety of toppings. If you’re a fan of black tapioca pearls, you won’t find them here; they only have white pearls. The sweetness level is also well balanced, not overly sweet, so it’s easy to finish a whole drink without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d love to come back to try some of their other floral tea flavors.“

“You never go wrong with Happy Lemon for boba. The location is in the heart of Redwood city. The parking is a bit hard, then you walk to the strip mall to get to the shop. The staff was friendly. My friend accidentally ordered the wrong item, and staff were happy to fix it. The shop is small with few tables, but it’s very neat and clean“

“One of my favorite bubble tea spots in the area; their milk tea has a really nice (almost a subtle chocolaty) flavor unlike other places that use syrups!

Fruit teas are also made using fresh pressed fruit and the coconut mango drinks are a favorite in my family!

I've been a regular for years and I look forward to coming back whenever I can. Baristas are very accommodating and push out drinks fast! 10/10 recommend“

“I prefer tea shops that have alternative milk and lactose-free options and have seating. Their milk teas have more flavor and are my go-to whenever I'm in the area. The matcha pudding topping is good though a little sweet, so dial down on the tea sweetness if you get it.

They have 55+ discount and also free tea on your birthday.

I've never had the souffles or other food so can't say anything about them.“

“My first time at TP TEA. I got a lemon black tea with boba. It seemed to have real lemon bits inside. The drink size was large. My sister and mother both complained that the tea was too strong, too bitter. My drink was kind of bitter, too, but it was mostly because of the lemon rather than the tea. I didn’t focus on it much, I enjoyed my drink. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, but it still tasted more sweet. The boba pearls were also oddly small, I swallowed a few on accident.

Overall, would I come to TP TEA again? Most certainly yes. Would I choose it over the other boba stores that I go to regularly? No. But I had a good time. 4/5.“

“4.5/5 overall! The Boba is so yumm here. Tastes different than the typical honey boba elsewhere. Their hot tea is nicely frothed instead of just microwaved in other tea shops. We love seeing their machine making boba.
One feedback: The toilet is often dirty or have no toilet paper. Something they need to visit every 2-4 hours to keep it clean and stocked. The owner is very sweet and attentive. ,decent cafe to hangout while sipping delicious tea, definitely recommended!“

The milk tea boba is great, but the Super Fruit green tea with passion fruit popping boba is next level. “Sweet moment is some of the best desert I've had.
First of all, I LOVE their snowflake series and egg puff. Everything there is so amazing, and everything comes so quickly. Like the name says, it's sweet, and wonderful. The drinks are also so good, and I love the handmade momoko ball and grass jelly toppings. Something else so good about it is that there are so many other good places around it, which means you can get a good lunch and then come right to it. There is also a movie theatre, (Cinemark), quite close to it. It is a little far from my house, but it's definitely worth coming. It fills me up all the time, and is totally my type of desert. At the time of this review there is a little leak in the roof, but that's fine and they've got that under control. There is no doubt that this is one of my favorite places, and it deserves more than five stars.“

“The best boba tea on Uni Ave bar none. Their creme brulee tea is so good with a smooth sweet vanilla taste. With very low sugar levels and light ice, it's the perfect bang for your buck. Other highlights are the mango coconut drink and even the fruit teas. Honey boba also quite tasty.“

“Super cute from outside to inside. I’m a big fan of pink and this place offers cute bunny merchandise and a variety of unique drinks such as seasonal lychee watermelon green tea and mango strawberry green tea.

I was hoping they would serve the drink in the Golden Gate Bridge and bunny cup, but I guess that was a limited edition cup. For snacks, they offer typical Taiwanese items like popcorn chicken and fries.

The cleanliness is something they need to work on cus the floor is dirty and sticky.“
