Decided to go here instead of panda express. The results wasted money and still going to panda express. They gave me soup and when I tried to ask what it was I got told what you order. Not happy the rice was

Chef Kwan’s is a true Bay Area gem and landmark! I grew up with it as Su Hong To-go but it’s retained most if not all of its menu through the rebrand. Accuracy of orders can be spotty (I.e. missing Chinese chicken salad dressing, dressing tasting off, providing chicken version of a dish instead of beef).
