Came by to try their new popcorn chicken. The staff was nice enough to let me try a couple of the powders before choosing my flavor. We loved the salted plum. It really reminded me of an Asian salted plum and was delicious! As much as I liked the flavor and that the chicken was moist and juicy, I realized that some of the chicken was undercooked and raw :(. So happy that there's a Happy Lemon in downtown Burlingame! I got my favorites: mango lemon slushy and an classic bubble waffle with original puff cream. Both of them hit the spot!
