recommend: the black sesame milk tea with cream topping (the black sesame and the black tea flavor is strong so the cream evens it out nicely), crème brûlée saigon drip is real good if u want something with lots of caffeine, and then i love the pistachio coco jasmine drink for something light and low caffeine.

“Stopped by for a brown sugar boba milk and got the deep brown sugar flavor I wanted! Pearls are perfectly chewy and a great size (slightly smaller than many other shops', which I like)! I do wish there was more attention to the interior but perhaps there wasn't enough space in the back for all the stock/boxes. There's enough seating for two, but thankfully there's the neighboring park for groups with more people! Love that they have food in their selection and I think the eggette skewers are such a great idea! Hope to be back soon to try other drink items.“

“This bubble tea spot was such a vibe. I got the brown sugar boba and it was honestly perfection. The drink was creamy, smooth, and perfectly sweet. The boba pearls were soft and chewy just the way I like them. The tea and milk ratio was spot on, and every sip tasted super fresh and balanced.
It is a cute little spot, perfect for quick pickups. There is not much space to sit, but it totally works if you just want to grab your drink and go. Everything felt freshly made and not overly sugary like some other places. You can tell they put effort into getting the flavor right.
I finished my drink way too fast because it was that good. Definitely one of the best brown sugar bobas I have had in a while. I am for sure coming back again.“

“Tpumps is a great place to get boba at a decent price. Not too long ago, they raised their prices by 50 cents, which is disappointing but understandable. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. A customer once mistook my order for their own and left, and the employees quickly noticed and remade my drink. Overall, a fine boba place, 4/5.“

“So I was in the mood for a drink so I thought I'd try their banana milk. Had heard of banana milk but never had it. I would have been content with just a regular milk that tastes like banana but I was pleasantly surprised that this was much better. It felt handcrafted, the banana milk texture was just slightly thicker than plain milk which was enjoyable. The taste was so perfect i dont even know how to compliment it. It was just the pure essence of banana without any bitterness, but still retaining that slight earthiness and im pretty sure it was made of real banana, there was no artificial syrup flavor etc. It was really really good and I'd definitely go back just for this one item even.“

“The restaurant was empty at 7pm. They have a $12 snack & drink combo. My popcorn chicken and Thai iced tea tasted fine. The random thing is, they have a wall of Chinese knick knacks for sale, like candy and ceramic bowls. I like how my drink weren't too sweet. Service was fine and my food came out in a reasonable amount of time.“

“I was impressed with my passionfruit tea with a bit of real pulp and seeds. It was $5.50 for the standard large size (24 oz) with a topping, an amazing deal in 2026. They definitely back off the ice if requested, sweetness is slightly high (their 50% is closer to my palate's 70%), and I appreciate the option to choose between green or black teas. The strawberry jellies are tasty, but were harder to suck up the straw. Service was fast and the interior has some tables with C-pop in the background; I'd be glad to hang out with my friends here.“

“Go here!! Even if you have to walk a bit (I know I did!) I've gone twice now and have not regretted it. First of all, their drinks are made with oat milk by default which is incredible. The lavender oat milk tea I got was so incredibly creamy and the boba was the perfect texture. I was shocked thinking am I really having one of the best milk teas I've ever tasted at an airport right now?? It was that good! The food doesn't disappoint either. All of the bases are vegan (the pancit and garlic fried rice) and you can split them half/half for 50 cents which I would recommend. I missed this the first time I went but they do have sauces sitting out like hot sauce and soy sauce. The only "entree" option is the veggie stir fry. BUT you CAN order the Omni vegan spam as a side order even after breakfast as you can see in my pictures. I have no idea why it's not listed on the menu at the airport but it's definitely there. Just ask for it. A little pricey but so good!! They told me it would take 15 minutes but it actually only took about 2. For side orders you can choose between the veggie spring roll or a carioca which is a sweet fried mochi ball. Both options were great just depends on your mood. I saw they had a vegan muffin as well but didn't try it. I will definitely be back here if I fly through SF again!“

“After seeing Ivonnie S.' popcorn chicken photos, I needed to come to Foam Tea House. Their popcorn chicken bento box w/milk tea $16 was indeed good. I liked how there's basil in the popcorn chicken and came with a little thing of spicy Taiwanese powder. The egg rolls were the Costco type, not that there's anything wrong with that. For Taiwanese bentos, I would have preferred a traditional pickled egg or vegetables instead. Food came out quick. Good job Foam Tea House staff member and thank you Ivonnie for always posting useful content.

Background: This location used to be a bakery for a long time. Rolling Out Bakery used to have some good croissants, egg tarts and kouign amanns. The nerd card store Versus Games is still here. The card shop was packed full of people playing card games like Pokemon or Magic taking up all the parking.“

“Real tea, real fruit, and fresh milk. Even the $2 boba milk tea specials are high quality. The mango for my mango sago was blended to order. Support this family owned shop, it's a total gem. The two neighboring businesses use powdered non-dairy milk substitute which is not healthy and not as good.“

“So nostalgic coming back to t4 as it was childhood memory for people that went to the near by schools like mills or BIS, their food and drinks are still very good.

Ordered snack combo and came back to get their tofu snack, freshly fried soft tofu so it’s piping hot and good with some sauces

Not to mention the employee here are very nice, the lady working the cashier kept offering if there’s anything else I needed when I eat in the store but had to bring some leftover to go with a Togo bag, even opening the bag and tried to bag it for me. “I have been here many times, mainly when I am in the area where I am in need of a thirst quencher. I believe this has just existed in the most recent years, which is a plus because there are not many boba shops within the area. The interior is fairly new and the place is clean. They offer traditional milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, specialty drinks, hot drinks, unique drinks and much more. Everyone made to order which is just the way I like it and I do not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. You can order either from one of their self serve kiosks or you can order from their counter. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained and understanding where I never encounter an issues during any of my visits. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you need a refresher just like me or to anyone looking to try something new. I definitely will be back to tryout the other refreshing options they have to offer.“

“Nice boba and snack/food place! We passed 3 of them on the street and only stopped here because there was parking. But this place is authentic couldn't read half the menu cause it's not in English but that's fine just enough to get what we wanted.

Some nice booths and tables friendly quick service prices are great and drinks tasted very organic got the line passion tea, coconut, fresh fruit mix and boba and Taro $1.99 special milk tea which was awesome. Fruit drinks came with fresh fruit slices and coconut drink tasted like a pina collada. Lots of food options also. Definitely recommended wish we had this one in Sacramento:“
