While I tend to stick to my personal favorites, (Wintermelon Milk Tea & Jasmine Milk Tea) I truly believe that their selection of drinks will always be of high quality. It is rare that I take time to rate a restaurant/business but I can’t not share my opinion on this store!!! “Fancy and beautifully decorated. Not your average boba/desert restaurant. This used to be another boba shop, but that one went defunct. The weird thing is, Fate Tea uses the same cups as the defunct boba shop. Popcorn chicken was not available as I walked in right when they were closing at 7pm. I usually get a popcorn chicken when I get a milk tea. Their iced milk tea $6 can be described as lacking good tea flavor with too much milk. I couldn't tell if it was black tea or jasmine tea. The redeeming factor was, it did hit the spot and quite refreshing. Lady cashier/barista was fast and cool. Good job.“

“Quarters has hands down the BEST fruit teas in the city. I've tried their longan lime, lychee, guava, pear drinks and more, and they've only ever used fresh fruit purees and pulps. The texture, sweetness level, and flavors are always very well-balanced.

The lady who runs the shop is also very sweet, and always offers to adjust my drink after I try it. I have been here over 7 times, but I'll definitely be coming back soon!

“I did a quick stop to grab the Oreo brulee milk tea and it’s now my favorite drink in SF so far! I only like going to shops with unique flavors and this takes the cake. I might try the regular creme brulee next time but I really loved the one I got. For a specialty milk tea with boba, the price was very reasonable! My rating is purely based on what I ordered. The shop itself is very small but clean and aesthetic enough for my tastes. The worker wasn’t the friendliest but not rude either, just mostly uninterested but good at what he does. If you want a quick grab n go, highly recommend! And would definitely come back.“

“We went here after having lunch and was shocked when we walked inside. The interior is very modern and inviting. As soon as you walk in, there's a gaming table. It's very inviting and seems pretty chill. It's definitely a place you'd want to hang out. Service was kind of lacking. They greeted you but didn't help you when placing an order. If you order to go, they just point you to a kiosk. I saw a picture of something that I wanted to try, but no one was really trying to help. I asked someone and they had to ask someone else. “Nice boba and snack/food place! We passed 3 of them on the street and only stopped here because there was parking. But this place is authentic couldn't read half the menu cause it's not in English but that's fine just enough to get what we wanted.

Some nice booths and tables friendly quick service prices are great and drinks tasted very organic got the line passion tea, coconut, fresh fruit mix and boba and Taro $1.99 special milk tea which was awesome. Fruit drinks came with fresh fruit slices and coconut drink tasted like a pina collada. Lots of food options also. Definitely recommended wish we had this one in Sacramento:“

“Located in the Ingleside neighborhood, Purtea offers a variety of tea drinks along with snacks to go with your drink. Upon entering the tea shop, patrons are greeted with a cute floral-themed interior. You can order via their kiosk or in-person with the cashier.

We decided to go with their classic milk tea and orange green tea. The classic milk tea was a true representation of milk tea, in which the sweetness and milk was not too overpowering and the tea in the drink still shined through. If you're read any of my reviews before, you know I love my fruit teas, and orange green tea is one of my absolute favorites. The orange green tea from Purtea does not disappoint and I would go back to order it again without a doubt. While I did not sample any of their appetizers and snacks this time around, I'll be sure to do so next time if I'm looking for a bite to eat.
