recommend: the black sesame milk tea with cream topping (the black sesame and the black tea flavor is strong so the cream evens it out nicely), crème brûlée saigon drip is real good if u want something with lots of caffeine, and then i love the pistachio coco jasmine drink for something light and low caffeine.

also pandan egg waffle is nice, kinda wish it was bigger for the price“

“Ume Ume Ume I love you! Arguably the best price performance boba in the bay. You can still get <$6 drinks including toppings. They have a monopoly on that drinkable mochi topping (other places have tried but the texture is never as good). I am obsessed with their winter seasonal special that I hope never goes away - the purple sticky rice and mochi combo milk tea. So so so good. Excited to them to open in San Mateo as well to fill that void between Palo Alto and Burlingame. So good, such good price performance. Love!“

We came upon this spot, I had it before at a different location and my fellow colleagues said they ordered from here before where they enjoyed it and that is when we all agreed this is the place we will order from. They have many many things to choose from, such as their top sellers, milk teas, fruit teas, matcha drinks, brown sugar drinks, cheese foam drinks, frosties, original tea, coffee, a kid’s menu, yakult series and much more to choose from. After browsing through their menu we knew what we exactly wanted and the order was placed which got me excited because I was in need of something good to drink. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. This place is a great option in the area since they stand out compared to other drink shops nearby. You can order in person, place an order online for pickup of have it delivered to you through a food delivery app. Finally when the drinks arrived, we all popped the straw through the cup and the moment from that first sip was satisfying and a thirst quencher. “So I was in the mood for a drink so I thought I'd try their banana milk. Had heard of banana milk but never had it. I would have been content with just a regular milk that tastes like banana but I was pleasantly surprised that this was much better. It felt handcrafted, the banana milk texture was just slightly thicker than plain milk which was enjoyable. The taste was so perfect i dont even know how to compliment it. My always choice is of course #6 grilled pork with well-seasoned meat and abundantly fresh veggies. #3 combination is also a should-try . It is what I believe the most traditional one. “Tpumps is a great place to get boba at a decent price. Not too long ago, they raised their prices by 50 cents, which is disappointing but understandable. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. A customer once mistook my order for their own and left, and the employees quickly noticed and remade my drink. Overall, a fine boba place, 4/5.“

“I like seasonal drinks at TP Tea!

I visited at opening time with a few questions regarding their drinks and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Christy/Kristie helped me to add a modification on my online order without hesitation! She also told me try it and let her know if the drink was made right!

I also wanted to know if it’s possible to change a preset topping for one of the other drinks and John/Jon was kind to let me know it wouldn’t be a problem.

I ordered the Lychee Smoothie Berry at lowest sweetness and added Golden Jelly. It was a delightful sweet and fruity drink. I like that the jelly is tender and chewier than aiyu jelly so it’s great for smoothie drinks!

I also ordered the Midnight Sesame Cloud Iron Goddess Milk Tea (I subbed for egg pudding). This drink is pleasant and just the right amount of sweetness and the e black sesame flavor is fresh and not too strong.“
