I'm a mystery shopper for boba tea. This tea place is one of the best in the bay area. Itea, Purple Kow, Tea Era, Boba Lab are also quite good.

Nice local Boba shop. Good quality Boba. The popcorn chicken..... it was ok.Parking: It's the outer Mission. Street parking. You get it.Kid-friendliness: Nothing to destroy in here. Small inside.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough to order and pay

- Only tried one of the drinks, but FrosTea has other dessert items available. - Drink came out quick. Ordered a medium and surprised to see it's a wide bowl size. Flavor was okay, but some of the boba tasted old/hard. - There are no seating areas at the moment.
