Hing Lung is an absolute GEM! The steamed red snapper ($29.99) and curry beef brisket ($21.99) are outstanding. They excel at traditional Cantonese dishes pork liver porridge (豬潤粥) with deep-fried donut (牛脷酥) is top-tier. Authentic, comforting, and 100% Chinese parent-approved! Service is standard for an authentic neighborhood spot - it's quick and direct, but you'll need to flag down the staff for extra items.
Absolutely amazing food! Everything we ordered was fresh, authentic and delicious! The people there were very welcoming which made our experience even better. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been too. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I came for the German Pork Knuckle 德國豬腳. It didn’t disappoint just wished the store wasn’t 1hr from me. Very reasonable price. I did take-out only.
