Very affordable and yummy, bag of lumpia is a perfect street food
Turo is my go-to for Filipino comfort food in San Francisco. Easy access to Balboa Bart, this is the place to pick up a plate for yourself or family. They have many hot options and some vary daily depending on what is cooked. The morning longsilog with garlic rice and egg is always a nice touch. I like the 2 item combo with white rice usually with a chicken, beef, or pork dish.
