“One of the few fast food options with real vegetables available and all at a reasonable price. The new app brings some much appreciated discounts for repeat customers. This particular location can be fairly generous with portions but once in a while you will get one of the smaller servers who also thinks smaller portions of food is acceptable but I would disagree. Service is fast and almost never out of any of the main dishes or available mostly fresh in a few minutes of ordering. Thank you to all staff for providing good service at one of the few options for health concerned people.“

This fundraiser was for the American Legion Auxiliary to help raise money for our hospitalized veterans in the Menlo Park VA hospital. We took them fishing at our Pacifica Pier last month and honored them with a lunch at our legion. “I've been to In N Out several times as a visitor their food is amazing each time way better than another burger restaurant with a red and yellow logo, the service is always good and acceptable for the amount of people in the store never have I waited more than 5 minutes for food and the prices are unbeatable especially for the west coast. “The food here is really good. I have tried the burgers, grilled chicken, and fried chicken and would recommend them all. It's a good value for the price too. I also enjoyed the garlic fries (VERY garlicky!) and onion rings. My only nitpick is that the sweet potato fries were pretty bland and I wish they had more seasoning. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the mood for burgers.“

“Chicken is super flavorful! I had a plate which was $20. Asked for extra rice instead of bread. Portions are decent size and deliver good value. The customer service is nice but its regular mall style self pick up place. Ingredients seem fresh and good quality. Tahini sauce was liquid and not as thick as other places (I think it’s just a matter of personal preference). The place is halal.
The only thing I would drop the price to $16/$17, not $19

“The food is great here! Chicken fingers are very tender but since they opened, it seems like the fingers got shorter. The coleslaw is packed! Fresh and sweet! Crinkle fries are good. But the sauce for the chicken seemed a bit too salty. I read in another review, someone said the same. Overall, very friendly crew! All the servers greeted you promptly and with a smile 😃 It has died down since it 1st opened which is nice because we went on a weekend and you have a nice, quiet atmosphere.“

Had the 2 piece combo. 2 chicken thighs (spicy and regular) - both were delicious, juicy and surprisingly large (compared to Popeyes) with gravy, 2 sides (mashed potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw) and a biscuit for $12.62 out the door. Parking lot was crowded but had no trouble finding a spot that required a short walk. Eating area was crowded but was able to share a table with a kind and delightful little old (her words - 87) Filipino Lady enjoying Palabok. Can't wait until my next trip out to this area!“

“Discovered this place while looking for lunch and honestly, I wish I discovered it way sooner. Got the sinigang wings and the arroz caldo wings with calamansi blue cheese dressing on the side. To say that these wings were delicious is an understatement. Each bite kept you wanting more. Standing out with your craft is so important and they have this in spades. From the flavors of the wings to the boxed packaging, there is a lot of love behind the counter. Big shoutout to Eric who chatted with me for a bit! Keep going, bro! “Solid burger. Church it up and it might be the best burger you’ve had in a while:

I got the double with Swiss and cheddar.

I salted and peppered the patty and tomato. I also added ketchup and mustard in between the patties. I put the top cheese against the bottom bun. And I ate the burger upside down.“

I was there a couple days ago. I had the pleasure of being helped Derrick was working the drive through line. His level of customer service reminds me of how things used to be. He was polite, kind, and cordial. Very nice!! Stop by this location and get the best customer service. He is not the only employee that has been kind. It seems like they know how to pick 'em.“

“Generally we have a good experience at this location. We always use the drive thru and sometimes order via the app. Service is always very friendly. With the app it’s also always prompt. We usually have large custom orders so occasionally a small item is forgotten but I’ve always been able to get an exact refund for the item through the website.“

“I wanted to give a positive review for the night manager I believe she was a little older and had grey hair pulled back in a bun - I came in today and there was a misunderstanding around the cost of special and toppings and she resolved the issue correctly - I worked in front-facing store with walk-in customers for over 10 years, and I can say that she handled the situation the way I would have handled the situation, and provided exceptional customer service. There is a name on receipt Tun - so don't know if that is the individual who originally placed order or the manager I spoke to who resolved my issue, but I appreciate the service - and the manager who resolved my issue could easily work as a trainer of managers in a corporate setting to train managers on how to provide exceptional customer service. That would be my recommendation.“
