Plenty of parking and fast service. Each of the 5 workers were doing a task with the constant orders during my visit, it was nonstop customers.“

ROYAL DOUNTS (THIS LOCATION) is the BEST dounts I've had in my life! Cash only, but I'm happy to support a local business, the own is awesome. He loves donuts too so he makes the best, and uses high quality oil, you can tell. I can help but to eat 3-5 of them and I recommend the viatmese expresso coffee shot, is the best expresso shot I've ever had also. You got to try this place and remember to bring some cash. “Hey, a donut shop open 24 hours with a huge selection and clean inside and outside space. The guy at the counter was friendly. Coffee and hot chocolate. Apparently they have sandwiches too although I did not get one when I stopped by at 2 AM late on a Friday night.

No indoor seating or restroom available late at night. There was space outside to sit in the fresh air.

Got an assortment of three different donuts, and also two chocolate croissants and a hot chocolate. Try the one with nuts before I left. Very tasty!“

“The food and service was amazing! Finding an open table kinda sucked. If you have a sweet tooth I'd suggest wearing a muzzle because there are so many delicious items to choose from. I especially liked how they have a section with prepackaged items.“

“What a GEM! In town for a concert at Cow Palace and loved this place. The croissants were the best I’ve had in my life and he makes them. They were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft/flaky on the inside. Husband and I loved our breakfast so much we went back the same day for lunch. Loved the Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea as well. Everything was amazing.“

“The restaurant was empty at 7pm. They have a $12 snack & drink combo. My popcorn chicken and Thai iced tea tasted fine. The random thing is, they have a wall of Chinese knick knacks for sale, like candy and ceramic bowls. I like how my drink weren't too sweet. Service was fine and my food came out in a reasonable amount of time.“

“Irish Cream Cold Brew and Peppermint Mocha during the holiday season is so good! Coffee is consistently good here and better than the other Starbucks nearby on the other side of the mall outside. Staff is friendly and chill. Short wait time and cool vibe inside Target. Also, behind the staff, on the other side of their wall, there's seating that's made of a really long bench with tables. Looked pretty clean.“

“Long time fan of Cafe 86 and I've waited years for this location to open up. The grand opening was lively and the wait was long since tons of people showed up to support them.

Ube Truffle ($4.50) - This. I don't know any other place that sells it. Delicious truffle coated with crushed oreo. Soo addicting. Take my money.

The Ube Leche Flan Cupcake is also a must. All the other pastries and milkshakes are decent but nothing to bark about.“
