Wait time is pretty short but the worker there often gets orders wrong and i don't understand how because the number of the order is literally on the receipt, the boba quality is alright, could be better. I suggest going some where else if you're not that broke.
3.5 stars. This place is located in the Serramonte Mall near the entrance to the food court. You can either order with a person or through the machine. If you order through the machine, be aware that it will automatically charge you a $0.10 bag fee. That happened to me, but I didn't even receive a bag. Not a big deal, but at least give a bag if you're going to charge me for it. Minus points on that. The drinks were pretty good though. The drinks are pretty great but service depends on the worker. Usually the workers are chill until they make a mistake and throw a fit, that's my problem with some older asian workers.
