The drinks are pretty great but service depends on the worker. Usually the workers are chill until they make a mistake and throw a fit, that's my problem with some older asian workers.

Wait time is pretty short but the worker there often gets orders wrong and i don't understand how because the number of the order is literally on the receipt, the boba quality is alright, could be better. I suggest going some where else if you're not that broke.

When I order my popcorn earlier and it was a young Asian lady took my order. When I received my food and I ask for a bag and she said 10 cents. She never ask me if I wanted a bag in the beginning and I have to used my card again just for a bag. An her friends came and started talking to her and forgot about my bag. I ask her for my bag and she handed it to me and rolled her eyes.

Horrible experience here today! I was standing at the kiosk and had a question about my order so I walked up to the register where a young lady was walking up and I started to ask her a question. She then proceeded to gesture me to the side and called up 2 young teens close to her age. I then proceeded to say I was there first and she then stated they were. I told her I was at the kiosk which she saw. She then copped an attitude and took my order. I steeped aside and waited for my drink. She then called the girls that were behind me number and then another costumers number. I walked up to say then tell her she skipped my number. She had set my drink off the the side the whole time it was sitting there. She nastily handed me my drink and I then proceeded to tell her that was unacceptable. She looked at me and laughed and walked away. This felt like I was stereotyped because I wasn't Asian like everyone else in line. She needs to be fired asap. Sounds like I got the same girl from the previous Yelp post.

Serramonte Never Coming Again! This short little Chinese guy cant make drinks at all. I paid for a Thai tea boba with less ice. & he put alot of ice & water down this drink. When asked to remake telling him this taste like water, he refused. Losing a customer's must be his top priority coz he makes drinks sucks big time & he's mean too! Zero zero zero stars for this yucky place. Boba's are over cooked & too soft too. Here's a place to waste money coz they could careless about customer service!!! You suck idiotic punk!

I ordered online and got the notification that my drink was ready. I walk over and wait for my drink but it was totally not ready at all. They weren’t even on my order when I got the notification that it was done. I waited for like 10 minutes after they told me it was done before I finally got my drink. Worst thing is my drink wasn’t made right. I ordered jelly and got a few boba in there and the drink was overly sour even when I ordered 100% sweetness.

Disgusting and watered down. I found sipping ip black hard stuff in my drink that wasn't boba, and kept spitting it out. I don't know what that was but I ended up tossing my drink. Avoid.

Thai Iced Tea is indeed a delightful choice. It's always nice to find a cafe that consistently delivers on taste and refreshment. It was indeed a great experience!

3.5 stars. This place is located in the Serramonte Mall near the entrance to the food court. You can either order with a person or through the machine. If you order through the machine, be aware that it will automatically charge you a $0.10 bag fee. That happened to me, but I didn't even receive a bag. Not a big deal, but at least give a bag if you're going to charge me for it. Minus points on that. The drinks were pretty good though. I got a mango tea and a brown sugar boba latte. The mango drink was more tart than I would have liked, but it was decent. The brown sugar drink is where it's at. It had a good level of sweetness.
