Most of the employees are cool & friendly. Decent service. Only issue is the Store manager/owner. What a douche bag. He's rude extremely rude to customers. Employees get very quiet when he's around. Not gonna support this location
The customer service was not great, and when I bought my Keurig boxes, I was supposed to be offered a free beverage (mainly coffee), but he rushed me off to serve others. I am a member with the app, and I usually go to the SF Van Ness store, which has very friendly staff, so that's where I'll go instead. I was just shopping in Colma so I thought I'd stop there, but I won't do that again.

My boyfriend and I live right next to the Starbucks at Fairmont but have stopped going to Starbucks due to us boycotting them.
