This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. The lobby was once closed due to too many customers, which created stress. A barista snapped at a customer for inquiring on their mobile order, stating mobile orders can be picked up through the drive through. There are questionable changes to store policy, as hot water cannot be requested with a mobile pickup, requiring a line up again at the front cashier. The inside is clean and has plenty of seating, both inside and out. The drive up is located very convenient to drive through or dine in/out access. However, service is slow, especially at the drive thru window, as the store is short staffed. They really need 6-7 workers to provide fast service. A mocha and blackberry lemonade refresher were ordered, and the cashier was friendly and nice. The person who made the refresher drew a smiley face on the cup. The beverages were liked, and one reviewer would return. Pastries are still good, but the salted caramel cold brew does not hit the same now that it is in a compostable container. An undertoe that wakes you up could not be made correctly. The staff worked hard.
