For reasons I can’t work out, every single coffee I’ve ordered in this location is way way too hot, and way way too bitter, no other location has this problem, never once have they had pike ready either, always needs to brew, with water that makes McDonalds coffee seem cold by comparison.Nice location though

Location is great! Employees are so nice and full of gratitude. But very few aren’t, specifically Joanna. Overheard her fat shaming me, judging me for the drink I ordered.I’ve never been so unwelcome in an environment, I grew up here in Daly City and never in my life have I come upon this occurrence, please have a talk with her. Not an issue with the food quality or staff because both are just fine here, but the drive-through line is waaayy too long. I probably spent close to 30 minutes just inching my way through the line. By the time I ready to give up, it was too late as my car was already boxed in so I had to commit to the decision. You're better off putting in a mobile order and walking inside to pick up your drink.

Tried their dragon drink. Not a big fan. While the drink was refreshing, to me it lacked flavor - it looked beautiful and nice but I didn't get any unique flavor profile. It was just a general fruity flavor. The dragon fruit seemed to be added just for the wow factor as a topping, and that was the extent of its role. Service was just ok, the cashier could've been more friendly. But I did like they offered plenty of seats at this Starbucks, so we were able to hang out. Parking was super easy and plenty as well.

Worse customer service on top of worse tasting drink. I wish yelp allows us to put 0 star. Ordered a pink drink in the drive thru. Took a sip after i left the drive thru and it tasted like water. Went back to complain but they were closing and the guy wont even talk to me and refused to open the window. I knocked and when he finally opened the window he yelled to return tomorrow as his employees needs to leave and has life outside of Starbucks. He did not even ask why i was there or returned with my drink. Asked if he could give me a refund so they didnt have to remake my drink as I understand they were cleaning up but he kept on yelling to come back tomorrow.Please stay away from this Starbucks. This store should be closed.

Please DO NOT come just because it is the closest drive through location. I came on a slow Sunday morning when there was no one in line. Despite it being a drive through location this place has never had lid covers stocked.The final straw was when I was handed a sandwich with all the cold ingredients outside of the toasted bread. I can't believe how they could mess up so badly.I can confidently say I won't be returning.

I ordered a Large Dragon fruit Lemonade Without Ice, I receive a drink 3/4 full, when I asked the Barista, said that’s new Starbucks Policy when a customer orders a drink without ice, or get charge extra $1.00 to fill it up. I feel scammed by Starbucks. This is a customer mistreatment and mal practice in advertising. There is no disclosure as in the menu about this new policy. I paid $6.75 for a drink about half full. Becarful everyone don’t get scammed by this company. If you do, subir a complaint to Corporate and BBB.

Collected a second data point to see if the phenomena was reproducible and drove thru the Serramonte Mall Starbucks!The vibe remained the same...best drive-thru experience for me!Was greeted by a different voice! Super friendly and warm! (And like Ashley, she was also even more fab face-to-face!)This time I went buck wild with my order and got the Gr Wch Mac Crm. Yes! I finished it and enjoyed it immensely. Kindly see exhibit A. Went keto-caveman and did the Bacon avec Gruyère, mon frère! Ooh La La! C'est satisfying bites!Would order everything again!Thanks, Alana!Woohoo!

I've been here a few times, and unfortunately, I expected more. As a new Starbucks, you'd expect the workers to be on point. The first time I went here, I ordered an undertoe, which is a doppio espresso with a splash of half and half, with one pump vanilla. Ordered this in drive thru, and the person handed me what felt like a latte. I looked at him, and all he could say was he was new. I let it go. The second time I went here, I figured I had plenty of time to grab a drink before going to work. The drive-thru line was long. I went inside to place my order, thinking it would be faster. I ordered one drink with 2 pastries. I kid you not, it took 20 minutes before I actually got my drink and left. So much for being early. It's not like there were a lot of orders coming through with the app, etc. I just let it go and left. The last time I came here, I wanted to use my points because I had rewards points expiring. When I tried to use it, they told me it was too late. They rang me up already, was not even apologetic, or tried to fix anything. Typically, other places will proactively ask me if I want to use my points. Not this place. Maybe I'll come back when they finally get their stuff together. I only went here because of the parking and I was nearby. Think I'll go back to the other one where there is Chipotle and Popeye's.
