“I have to strongly disagree with whoever gave this place and one star review I have not met the owner personally. However, I plan to email her because I want to ask her to carry some of my crafts. The person who manages this coffee shop is the owner sister, and she is nothing short of fantastic, I visited this coffee shop with my mother and my two-year-old now and he nearly wanted to destroy the place. They were so kind and so nice she let us stay even after the place was closed so that he could finish his meal and I could finish my work.I have bought jewelry and the best sandwiches and pretty good coffee.Planning to stop by there this week and I hope those of you visiting Pacifica will also stop by and support this coffee shop and all the other local businesses down the street .❤️“

“Lovely cafe near the beach in Pacifica with a great patio giving you the choice of inside or outside dining. They have a bathroom that's always clean - I've been coming for years. Staff and the owner are very kind and get your order out quick. They make one of the best London Fogs in the city (called Pacifica Fog on their menu). Most baristas will go the easy route of brewing the tea in half a cup of hot water and pour milk for the remainder; not Cafe Pacifica! They make it the correct way by steaming your choice of milk and allowing the tea to brew in it. Not to mention, their bagels are amazing and made how you would at home - fully indulgent with lots of cream cheese.“

“Lived out my Mischa Barton OC dreams by hanging out at the Bait Shop (i.e. Chit-Chat Café) at the pier this morning with my baby. Staff held the door open for me so I could maneuver the stroller inside. Prices are great, staff is super friendly and helpful, coffee is solid, and there are tons of food options. The ambiance is a charmingly worn coastsiders dream, complete with deteriorating vintage green stools. I'm bored of sleek monotone contemporary coffee shops, and much prefer a space like Chit-Chat that has so much character and is, I'm certain, home to quite a few characters as well.“

“First time here but had heard good things about New Taraval Cafe from others and it lived up to the rumors! I ordered the Smash Burger with grilled onions ($13) and it was fantastic! The burger had two patties and was so thick I couldn't fit my mouth around it. The whole thing was so moist (in a good way) that I couldn't keep it together. It was at least a three napkin burger and even then, the juices were running down my hands and wrists! It came with a side ofries and they were good as well. The only thing I would've wanted along with this burger would be a nice thick milkshake, but my calorie count would've never allowed it! Didn't even look to see if they offered shakes! My friend had the scrambled eggs with hash browns, toast, and bacon and she really enjoyed her meal. The eggs were cooked medium, so they looked moist. There were five strips of bacon (that's a LOT of bacon), all fried nice and crisp. The hash browns looked delicious; lots of crunchy parts and soft insides. She had two slices of sourdough toast with butter and jam, too, and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice (you can see the machine near the cooking area). This is a great neighborhood find. Lots of people seem to know about this place; there was a line when we arrived at 12:30 and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table although space at the counter opened up before that. I noticed a fruit plate going by that had a great mixture of fresh fruit on it, so everything seems to be fresh here. I'll definitely go back to try other items!“

“Not sure what is more confusing/charming about this hole in the wall: the fact that it is a coffee shop with a disarmingly nondescript name, or the fact that the storefront bears the name of a weed dispensary (note: Dr. Green Thumb's is not a juicery). Coffeeshop is basically a shoebox inside, but there are two tables outside. Ordered a flat white with oat milk, which delivered on all fronts -- silky finish and slightly sweet, with a distinct espresso taste. Baristas are super chill, but service is a bit slow. “I was pretty impressed with my visit to Royal Donut Cafe. I didn't come for their donuts, but for their breakfast and they had some of the best country fried steak I've had a in a while. The interior is very dated so that might turn some people off, but they are expanding the restaurant and taking over the space next door. They said that there is a possibility that they open for dinner in the future too. Staff were very friendly as well. Parking in the area is certainly a pain in the area, but there are paid parking lots near by. Country Fried Steak & Eggs ($15.95) was what I ordered and it was massive. I was stuffed after eating it and the steak had the perfect breading. The sausage gravy was very tasty and the hash browns were also a large portion. The eggs they also cooked really well and they don't overcook them like I accidently do at home because I love runny eggs. It is definitely worth a visit here although I have no input on their donuts or pastries personally. Their breakfast is top tier though and you get large portions. “Food is consistent and good. The portions are heavier and loaded with good ingredients. They don't skimp which makes it a better bang for the buck compared to some neighborhood competitors. Plus, their $8 weekday breakfast sandwich might be the best deal in area, and the $3 cookies are huge. Service is typically fast and friendly. It's one of those places where the staff stays, and they are good at what they do. Inside seating is limited and city-style (tight), but lots of covered outdoor seating. No reservations; first come, first serve.“

“Super cute place to have a chat with a friend. Tea was about $3.50. Really nice folks working there. Even though they don't have vegan options I still rate it 5 stars because it has such a good vibe.Vegetarian options: There were absolutely no vegan options which was a bummer because the place is so cute! I'd love to go back more and see more options.“

“Great coffee, reliable Wi-Fi, and nice people. I can't get here as often as I would like but it is my favorite local coffee shop. The food is definitely worth a try. They don't skimp on toppings for bagels and their Mediterranean plate is a delicious, healthy lunch. Prices have always been reasonable and they have always had very quick reliable service. On Thursdays or Fridays there is also a local bakery that sets up outside if you want fresh baked goods or take home to bake pizza. Overall always delicious. Added benefit: if you need to host a community event, Charlie's is has been there to help. They have done safety updates from the police, neighborhood, meetings... don't remember what else but lots of local stuff. This coffee shop makes SF feel like a small town.“

“I've had my eye on this spot for a couple of months and I'm so glad I gave it a try. What caught my attention was their fried pork chop over rice. Pretty huge portion for $13.95. I got it with curry sauce and it did not disappoint. The curry didn't taste like the typical Japanese curry with a lot of spices.. it's more like the HK style cafe curries.. idk man but I loved it. I do wish it came with a little more sauce because I'm a sauce drinker LOL. The pork chop had the perfect amount of batter and it was perfectly crispy and seasoned. So tender. Came with a bed of white rice and cabbage/salad.Once you walk in, you can order from the kiosk or online. Then they'll call your order when it's ready. Basically you can choose to dine in or dine out because it comes in a to go container for convenience. Overall, solid spot. 4.5/5. Would come back!03.06.2024 | Wednesday @12:40pm“

“The food and pastries were really good, I’d definitely recommend. There are many options to choose from, I am sure everyone will find something they like.My only complaint is that the place is too popular, therefore crowded. Too many people are waiting in line, all tables are occupied, the place is loud and not cosy at all“
