Creative Ideas Cafe is an underrated hidden gem offering authentic Colombian food. Everything is fantastic, from the Bandeja Paisa, which is delicious and flavorful with Colombian chorizo, Colombian red beans, chicharronas, and a favorite cheese arepa with green salsa, to the vegetarian options including the vegan burrito, vegan empanadas, and plantains. The empanadas are home made, the arepas are home made, and the sauces are home made. The nacho fries are to die for, and one of the best chicken quesadillas is stuffed with plenty of meat, cheese, and veggies. The Ajiaco, a corn and potato and chicken soup, is very comforting. Everything is made to order, and the menu is a pretty decent size. The atmosphere is amazing, the workers are super sweet and very kind, and the customer service is amazing. The place is very clean and orderly inside, and customers can see into the kitchen. It is a new favorite spot.
