We lived here for over a year and loved the environment and our neighbors. It’s a very safe apartment complex and the area around it is so beautiful. Walks around the building or parks are good for families and pets.
We were able to walk the T line, which leads you straight to China town and Union Square. This was a good spot to start if you want to be within the city limits of SF, but don’t want all the noise and bustle.

We’ve been living at The Ashton for about six months now and absolutely love it. The apartments are incredibly spacious—ours is nearly 1,700 sq ft, which still feels wild—and everything feels brand new. The heat, AC, and water pressure are all top-notch. Stephanie and Pricilla have been wonderful to work with and helpful at every turn, and the rest of the team does a fantastic job keeping the building clean.
