Wife had eggs Benedict (made by Oscar). Excellent eggs and the country potatoes were exemplary--lightly browned and crispy but soft inside. The bakery treats I had--blueberry scone and chocolate chip muffin--were soft, flavorful and made with minimal sugar. Notably, the scone didn't have the "rock salt" of sugar on top that almost everybody thinks is essential for anything blueberry. You could actually enjoy the blueberries!
They have by far the best desserts on the coast, all freshly made daily. I recommend the apple pie or chocolate bundt cakes as those are my favorites. The servers don't come to you, you order at the counter then they bring your food out, but the owners who are always there are very friendly as are the staff. Love the food and coffee here.I had to edit my review because I came for cappuccino last week and it was the worst I've ever had. I've had a lot in my life. I'm not sure she's ever made a cappuccino before. The server didn't offer forks or napkins with our to go desserts which clearly needed utensils. There are some other great places in the area to spend money next time.
