“Peter's Cafe is a very old and very nice place for breakfast. The atmosphere, food and service is very much like an IHOP. The service is always very efficient and friendly, and the ommlets are really good.

“Feb 3rd 2026 this was my first time trying this place, and honestly I’m glad I gave it a try! The space is very clean, welcoming, well decorated, and beautifully colored. The seating plan is well thought out and the music added a captivating energy to the atmosphere of the place. The service is also top. The man who helped me and all the other several customers during my visit here was super kind and it was easy to tell that he had a lot of pride in the place and lit up everyone’s day with his kind energy. He even went out of his way to help me connect to the Wi-Fi, which this is isn’t really the place to do work I noticed, but he was still very kind enough to help me connect which I was very appreciative of. He has a great relationship with all of the regulars too. Throughout my time dining in, I probably saw about 10 regulars and everyone of them were happy to see the man. From their interactions, I was able to tell that there is a genuine relationship between the customers and the man as he greeted each one of them with great energy and enthusiasm. It was all smiles. He was like this with other customers as well, who didn’t seem to be regulars. Oh yeah I forgot to talk about the food! If you are wondering if I recommend the food, I highly recommend! I had the falafel plate and added a side salad. It hit the spot! I wanted to try something else on the menu so I then asked for a bowl of the chicken soup… it came with a lemon wedge and pieces of pita bread. This dish also hit the spot! It was delicious… I will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu, especially different kebabs and gyros. “This place is my go-to whenever I’m craving some light soup or galbijim. Their soups are simple but delicious, comforting and perfect for a cold day. Beyond that, their galbijim is on par with the popular Daeho, making it an excellent choice for groups. It’s super flavorful, tender, and filling, so it’s great for sharing and enjoying a hearty meal with friends or family. It was worth the drive and we will definitely be back again. Each dish is unique and they also have gluten free options as well as requested options. (My f5 year old is Gluten free).The bamboo and mushroom dish had a hint of sweetness with an undertone of spice, the Chong qing 🌶spicy chicken was mouth watering, along with the eggplant 🍆 dish, dry stir fried fish, and glass noodles with pork! “Today was my first time trying Chef Wang’s and the food was amazing! My mom usually prefers halal options, so she ordered shrimp fried rice, shrimp chow mein, and sesame shrimp. Recently one of her patients brought food from here to her office, and she loved it so much that she asked where it was from so that’s how we discovered this place.

When we called to place our takeout order, the man on the phone was incredibly kind. The prices were very reasonable, and when I went to pick up the order the woman working there was so sweet. She even added egg rolls on the house, which was such a thoughtful surprise.

The restaurant looked very clean and the tables were set up nicely. It was a little quiet when I went in, which made me a bit sad because it seems like it’s run by a small family. It’s slightly tucked away on the street, but their food truly deserves more attention.

Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. I’m very picky when it comes to Chinese food, but every dish was delicious. I especially appreciate that they use shrimp instead of giant prawns, shrimp has so much more flavor and better texture in my opinion.

“Korean place with good vegan options. Items are labelled vegetarian on the menu, some items need to be modified to be made vegan. Clarify that the banchans are vegan (they have fish cake sometimes). Like greens, bean sprouts, and fried tofu banchan they have. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Love the mushroom tofu soup, really flavorful and they are generous with the mushrooms. Also got the hot stone tofu bibimbap, make sure to ask for no egg to make it vegan. Good option to go to if going with a group of omnis, can also accomodate larger groups as well but would consider making a reservation if the party is 6+.“

Their HK Milk tea is very strong and authentic. Not watered down at all. Comes with condensed milk already added. Just need to stir it.

Beef stew noodle soup - extremely tender and flavorful. The noodle had the right kind of snap and soup was very good.

“We were disappointed with our previous favorite Sichuan restaurant on our second visit there. We found this Michelin recommended restaurant as a replacement. We were very impressed. The quality was on par with the best restaurants in Asia, which is a rarity in the US. The beautifully photographed menu made item selection easy. The veggies even turned out better than the picture in the menu. They truly deserve all those awards on their wall. We will make it our regular chinese restaurant from now on.

The fish were nicely fried, crunchy, coated with the traditional Chinese restaurant sweet and sour source. I thought if the fish were in smaller pieces, it would be better. We also order a few other dishes and they were decent. We ordered the beef tendon and they gave us like 2 lbs of them. Came to find out that it was charged by the pound. They should have asked us how much do we want. That said, at the end of the day, every thing was good and we would go back.“

“This place has very tasty and authentic Hong Kong style food, even though it’s name makes you think it’s Vietnamese. In particular, the breakfast sets are a good deal. One of the sets that I like in particular includes a big bowl of rice porridge and rice rolls or steamed Chinese greens. If you pay one dollar more, you can get a Hong Kong style milk tea. All for around 13 or $14 dollars. You have to come before 11 AM. What I really like about the food here is that they don’t overwhelm the flavor with spices. Most dishes have very little or no salt and even the sugar is moderate in the Hong Kong milk tea. So basically this place seems very healthy. And if you need more soy sauce or salt or pepper or whatever you can add your own.“
