Food is always good here. My go to place for authentic dim sum. The inside is much nicer than the outside would imply. Service is typical of an authentic Chinese restaurant -not warm or fuzzy but quick and to the point. So if you are going for the service-don’t. Go for the food.
Under new management, The Kitchen's dim sum menu is truncated compared to other dim sum restaurants in the Burlingame/Millbrae area. The place was packed on a Monday after the Lunar New Year weekend as a lot of people don't have to work today. The food was OK. You can order the dim sum from a paper menu. I am very satisfied with the environment, service and taste. It’s just, it’s really a bit salty! ! ! I am willing to eat it again. If it is still so salty, I will definitely leave a message to the kitchen chef! It tastes really good and the portion is plenty! ! ! Two people had four dishes and one soup, and all the regular soups for five people were finished, and the dishes were all packed.
