Wonderful food especially the stir fried beef dishes! The drawback is the service time which takes over 30 mins for our meal to come. Ambiance and atmosphere are noisy and loud like any other dim sum restaurant on a weekday evening. Great food if you wish to wait for over half an hour to be served.Kid-friendliness: Parking is a challenge but if you go early you can find a spot on the streets.

I am very satisfied with the environment, service and taste. It’s just, it’s really a bit salty! ! ! I am willing to eat it again. If it is still so salty, I will definitely leave a message to the kitchen chef! It tastes really good and the portion is plenty! ! ! Two people had four dishes and one soup, and all the regular soups for five people were finished, and the dishes were all packed.

On Thursday night, the two of us were dining. There were many small tables for four people, but the manager gave me a table at the door, leaving the rest for four people who might come. It's not a first-come, first-served basis and diners are not welcome.

Dim Sum is not as good as dinner, but not bad. Quality and quantity for dinner is better. Overall, it is good.

Well, this place is good for dim sum and dinner. Dim sum so far so good, like it. Dinner, price right and food quality is great, like it for a family dinner.

Food is always good here. My go to place for authentic dim sum. The inside is much nicer than the outside would imply. Service is typical of an authentic Chinese restaurant -not warm or fuzzy but quick and to the point. So if you are going for the service-don’t. Go for the food.

Under new management, The Kitchen's dim sum menu is truncated compared to other dim sum restaurants in the Burlingame/Millbrae area. The place was packed on a Monday after the Lunar New Year weekend as a lot of people don't have to work today. The food was OK. You can order the dim sum from a paper menu. There is a single dim sum cart that roams around. The confusing part is, some of the items we ordered from the paper menu were available on the cart only. The dim sum cart never came by our table. We had to ask one of the waiters for help to get the shrimp dumplings and sticky rice chicken for us. Total before tax and tip for two was $70. Service was excellent.

Absolutely Awasome. I was sitting by myself among a sea of people enjoying meal with their family, laughing talking, it was absolutely amazing; and the food, well the food is the cherry on top of the cake, smooth tasty savory!

Lunch dim sum with no wait around 1130am on a Friday.Street parking was fairly easy with more on the back.Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Although the lunch specials like noodles and fried rice are on the more expensive side, not sure if portions are larger. We did have to wait for an add-on order for more than 20min, which was the only disappointment.Would recommend coming in for lunch dim sum.
