Visiting Half Moon Bay, we came upon Taqueria La Mordida the first night and returned for dinner the next evening. Best staff, best food, best music around!!! And their churros are out of this world! 💖💖💖

Taqueria La Mordida offers excellent food and friendly service despite its simple atmosphere. The restaurant serves freshly prepared dishes, including lean steak and crispy lettuce, with chips and salsa provided. Mordida's has some of the friendliest employees and best chips around! The staff is attentive and helpful. The menu features a variety of options, including the popular Piña Loca, Al pastor tacos, and Birria tacos. They accommodated a request to turn a veggie burrito into a non-tortilla plate, and the husband was pleased with the generous amount of shrimp in his wet burrito. Lots of deals for people on a low budget. Vegetarian options are easily adjustable.
