“We came on a Sunday around 11:30 and it was extremely quiet. With how great the pizza, I am surprised it wasn’t packed. The service was incredible and had a very family-owned feel. We ordered a large half Coit Tower, half Verdi (+ Italian sausage) for four people. Both pizzas had high quality toppings with well crisped meat, gooey cheese, and crunchy onions.“

“I've craved a good NY style pizza for years here in Cali and recently had some when I was back in New England and was sad thinking it would take another year or so before I'd have some more but was SO happy to try some of this and it was SO good! It was perfectly crispy at the bottom and the sauce is exactly what I think of when I think of NY style pizza (went to college on Long Island so I really know what NY pizza is like lol). Even more amazing is they felt they over heated my slice so they didn't even try to give that to me and just apologized for it taking a bit longer but wanted to give me a good slice! Love that level of quality control ❤️ we WILL be back! I especially love that the prices are very reasonable for the bay area!

Update: we did come back and it's just as good, if not better than I remember! It's perfectly crispy, the sauce is exactly how I have tasted NY pizza while in NY for college, and my son ate almost a whole piece by himself, despite it being close to the size of his head 🤣 do yourself the favor and come have some fantastic pizza!“

The staff was very friendly, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and spacious. The pizza tasted delicious, as usual, and was prepared perfectly. “We’ve been coming to this pizza place for years over several changes of ownership. But the last couple of times there’s been toppings missing! The first time it happened they took my order verbally and so I figured I would just use the app for the second time but again there was a topping missing. The second time it was frustrating because it was actually the protein on 1/2 of the pizza. I’m not really understanding why they can’t track all the toppings. Despite us liking the pizza and being very local test, I think we’re gonna venture out and try other places.“
