“Atlas is a unique place. I’ve stopped by with friends for an event but not really had the full Atlas experience until tonight. I had one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The Italian garlic combo! Friendly staff, wine and beer, tonight there was live music on the patio area. Max the owner is a wonderful host who is very active in the San Bruno community. Atlas is bringing good times back to down town San Bruno. Make it one of your first post pandemic stops!“

“Pricey but large slices. 1 slice was 7$ 1 slice = 2 paper plates size. Has 3 - 4 compact parking spaces behind building, rest is street parking. Relaxed atmosphere, clean, fully stocked cold soda cans or bottles fridge / waters, painted murals on walls. 6 tables seating 4-5 people each, 1 round barstool type table for 2 people. Fast friendly service.
At my time of visit it was around 84 degrees outside, door was open, very warm inside which felt like little ventilation. The cold sodas were much needed.
We ordered a Hawaiian slice to eat inside and a Mushroom slice to go. Crispy, thin crusts. Shared the 1 slice between 2 people. Would recommend trying this place.
Seen online full pizzas range around the 25-50$ range. 50$ being the XXL size.“

“I placed an order for carry out. When I arrived the guy told me that he had just put it in the oven, I waited just about eight minutes.. I normally don’t buy Papa John’s pizza because I feel they’re a little pricey but honestly, I must’ve forgotten why. The ingredients really do taste better. Everything was delicious. The red sauce was so good. I’m a Alfredo person but dang delicious. Glad I switched it up. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and a super Hawaiian. I tried both and thought both were delicious, also they don’t skimp on toppings. Good service they asked if I wanted Parmesan, pepper, napkins, plates. No missing garlic dipping cups or peppers everything was right. Staff was super friendly professional, and helped me with using my Groupon bucks because I couldn’t figure it out. Amazing staff!“

“I'm sorry for this my beloved cellarmaker but it's finally time for a review and I must take off a star for just finishing the saltiest slice of pizza I've ever had in my life. Took me an hour to get through it, even though it was good.

I've been patroning this location ever since moving to this fine City and honestly the pizza quality has gone down over time. The chefs have become totally salt-blind. And they make the wildest pizzas I've never conceived of. They need to tone it down a little bit. Make pizzas people enjoy.

The pizza in question tonight had olives, capers, anchovies, and garlic. High sodium was expected, yes, but not like this.

Easily the saltiest olives I've ever had. And the anchovy texture was horrid. Today I learned I do not like my anchovies baked to a dry leather. Fresh-out-the-tin for me only, from now on. I think I've had enough salt for the whole week!!“

“As a Turkish who’s been living in the Bay Area for a long time, I have to say this is easily the BEST LAHMACUN and TURKISH PİDE I’ve had around here!!!

You can order the lahmacun spicy or not (which is amazing) and the dough is exactly how it should be; thin, crispy, and loaded with toppings, just like in Turkey. We later noticed they had pastırmalı pide on the menu and immediately had to order one, especially after finding out the pastırma actually comes from Turkey.

Three of us shared two lahmacuns and one pide and it was more than enough. Everything was fresh and seriously delicious.

The hospitality also deserves a mention. The team was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even offered us tea, which made the whole experience feel even more authentic.

And if you’ve never tried şalgam before, they have it here too. Definitely give it a try!“

Angie’s is a cute, chic restaurant specializing in wood-fired pizza and a seasonal rotating menu. Such a perfect spot for date night!

Absolutely loved the R&B music, the vibes, and, of course, mopped up every last bit of food. 😂

We ordered the heirloom tomato salad, wood-fired meatballs, Margherita pizza, and peach vanilla sundae — and everything was DELICIOUS. It completely satisfied every pizza craving we had.

On a previous visit, we ordered the pepperoni pizza to-go, and OMG. It might be one of the most perfectly balanced pizzas I’ve had — sweet, spicy, savory, and just the right amount of everything.

We got there late so most things were sold out except the pizza, but we definitely will be back to try more. There is limited outdoor seating with some benches outside.“

The best deal here is the tasting menu. You 100% get your money's worth and get to try several off menu items. I live a 2+ hour flight away and I'll always try to get a table when I visit.“

I had to come a second time to explore more of the menu. As a 12 year vegan, this is by far the biggest vegan menu in a undedicated restaurant I've seen. The garlic knots taste just like Domino's but without the fast food feeling or aftertaste. The mozzarella sticks are DEAD ON with Sonic's (just no cheese stretch). Their wine selection is also great and they can help you choose a wine to pair with dinner. I believe the owner or someone owns a wine store down the street so it makes sense. “We’ve always been thin crust pizza fans, have never tasted authentic NY style pizza, though we have had Napoli-style pizza several times in Rome, and we gotta say, the crust here is AMAZING!! The only slight change that I think would make it taste even better is if there was a bit more salt in the dough. Other than that, the bottom of the pizza was crisp, and the crust was airy and crisp with a slight chew. The crust was so delicious that we saved all our uneaten crusts to bring home for later, could not bear to throw them away (unlike other, more bready crusts). 😆 The pepperoni pizza was our favorite (so flavorful), with the sausage being a close second. The margherita was nice with the fresh basil, but could have used a sprinkling of salt. Our younger son really wanted to try the corn pizza, but we could only manage to finish 3 pizzas with our family of 7, so he has already declared that this will be his pick for his birthday meal, and that he will be getting the corn pizza. 😆 Wish it were closer to us (we live around 30 mins away), but it is not too far for special occasions! From where we live, comparatively, Mountain Mike’s and Porky’s Pizza Palace would be rated 2 or 3 out of 10 and Spinning Dough would be 9/10! Would totally buy it frozen if they offered that, it is that good! Was also a treat for the kids to watch the owner (who is super, super nice!) toss the dough and assemble the pizzas. “I love this co-op bakery, and I'm very happy that they have a selection of gluten free items that are often on the shelf next to each other. If you have Celiac Disease like me, that's music to your ears. As for the remaining items that are next to gluten full items, the gluten free items are at the end of the shelf allowing for selection of those items that have never been touched by gluten.“
