Slice House by Tony Gemignani is a restaurant around Millbrae / San Bruno. The slices are very large and everything tasted incredible. It is a place to get just a hot slice to go. Pizza tends to be anemic, not a balanced complement of cheese for the price. Crust is fairly good. Flavor of the sauce is close to delicious... just okay. The Detroit Style, Red Top is a great deep dish with a light crisp crust, in good balance with the flavors of the cheese and sauce. The Detroit style is a salt bomb. The Detroit style classic red top cheese and the sweet ginos are really good. Classic ny style cheese is meh. The Detroit style is a must.
