Small interior but good flavor. Huge portions. Fast service. Budget friendly.
I love the tacos from here I come here with my wife all the time. I think these are the best tacos in the bay area. I also love the burritos very good choice. If you’re not going to have the tacos, you should eat the Asada meat it’s the best.

El Palenque Taqueria is a humble Mexican eatery that serves up delicious and authentic dishes. Their super quesadilla is a standout, with fresh avocados adding a creamy touch. The carne asada and carnitas are also highly praised, with the latter being considered the best anywhere. The lengua burritos and tacos are also a highlight, with friendly staff and reasonable prices making it a great value. While the decor is simple and the seating is limited, the flavorful and juicy meat makes up for it. The carnitas were the top choice, but pastor then asada with pollo tied, choose your way. Burrito and super burrito were good, wet burrito was great, tacos were great. Great portions and tasting food. The restaurant is small and not really suitable to dine in.
