This place is a find! We stumbled into it one lunchtime and been back twice for dinner with friends. Curries excellent, noodles perfectly cooked. we had a fried pompano with mango salsa, very crisp yet moist. duck was well presented. The prices here don't seem effected by inflation as some other small restaurants in the area. We've introduced friends here and they've all loved it.
The restaurant is very traditional inside and the prices are very reasonable, so my son and I decided to give Thonglor a try. The service was a little slow, so our expectations of delicious food grew as we waited for our meal. We tried a yellow curry and a noodle dish. Both lacked flavor and depth. And my son even noted that the potatoes could have been cooked a little more tender in the yellow curry.

Food was delicious! The catfish was really standout. They informed us that the wrong soup had been made and asked if we would like to wait a bit longer for them to make the correct order, but we were happy to take the already made soup. Really appreciated the transparent communication!
