This is truly my happy place. So reminiscent of every great restaurant I've dined at in Japan - the incredible service and the god-tier edomae-style sushi!
I always struggled with getting in to Sushi Sam's when there was no online reservation system and I lived in San Mateo. But now that Sushi Edomata allows for online reservations, I'm here every other week (driving up from the South Bay)!
