The pastries are spot on. This is where I don't give it a five star review. Customer service is horrible. There is no patience. They have a look of despair, like they don't want to be working. borderline rude service. If you like gray customer service, don't even bother going in here ! If you can stomach the not so friendly service and you're yearning to try some authentic Italian pastries. This is the place for you. The ambience is mediocre. The pastries are great !
Outstanding Italian bakery - a gem! The cannoli were scrumptious and the gentleman who waited on me was extremely kind and patiently answered all of my questions. I'll be back!

I recently visited the one in San Francisco and fell in love with the choices of deserts they had. When I finally tried the strawberry shortcake and wedding cookies they did not disappoint. They were so good I took the drive to their other location and they had so many more options. I am going to assume it's because I hit up do SF location before closing. Anyway, best cookies ever.
