Starbucks in Millbrae

“The guy working working there was super nice! He gave me everything I asked for and he made everything perfect. Also they had a deal for any grande coffee and a bakery item for only 5$ total, So I had 2 of those! I was so surprised and super duper happy! Normally I don’t get a bakery Item because I am broke, but this time I got the deal for me and my friend because it was a very good deal that would normally cost 15$.“

“This is happening in general right now at all Starbucks. I'm writing from this branch because this is where I live and frequent daily. Online orders can take forever, sometimes even 20 minutes, to be ready. The problem gets worse if you order a hot pastry, which they make quickly and is ready even sooner, but they bring you the coffee 20 minutes later. You end up eating a stale, awful pastry because it's not the same as eating it fresh out of the oven. My comment isn't meant to criticize any employee, but rather to draw attention to this service so it can be improved somehow, either with more staff or better team organization by a good store manager.“

“First time in San Francisco and needed a morning coffee before getting on the BART. Anyone who goes to Starbucks knows they're not all the same-despite well-defined processes, the drinks don't always come out uniform. All that to say, my caramel macchiato with oat milk was the best I've ever had! Thank you to Miah and her colleagues who were working this morning. You were friendly as well as efficient. 💐💐💐“
