“My daughter said she went in there and she said that she didn’t have enough money for the food so as she asked for the lady to cancel her order and just leave her drink the kind lady said that she would help pay for my daughter and after that she said that the lady was also very patient with her and I really appreciate that“

“Really love the team and atmosphere here, I often visit in the mornings to work and they’re some of the friendliest faces ever!! Special shout out to Valeria for the warm welcomes and writing the sweetest messages on every cup. The wifi works great, the store’s clean and there’s usually a table whenever I’m there before 7:30am

They do a great matcha and it’s customisable too - you can add extra matcha powder and adjust the milk and sugar level (I love it with 5 matcha powder, no sugar and with soy milk) :)

“I go to this location sometimes since it's close to my work. A lot of times I place a mobile order but not a lot of the drinks are available to purchase online. I had gone today with my co-workers and they made one of the drinks completely wrong and I had to ask for a re-do which I hate to ask for. Baristas seemed more like robots making orders and weren't very nice.“

“I visit this Starbucks only occasionally to meet some friends. It is wonderful. On only my third visit one of the baristas recognized me. All the staff are friendly, the store has sufficient staff to handle the orders so the wait time has been reasonable and the vibe is comfortable. Adequate parking and a variety of shops in a nice shopping center. Just a minute from 101 and worth the short detour. The food is standard Starbucks so the rating isn’t reflective of the store.“

“Went in for a quick beverage Thursday night, this was my first time at this specific location. The young lady that rung up my order I could just tell she was really sick, yet she still gave me excellent service. She was patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I didn’t catch her name, but she is curvy with reddish hair. Definitely will be coming back. 😊“

“This Starbucks has such a cozy atmosphere, perfect for grabbing a coffee and getting some work done! The staff is super friendly, and my caramel macchiato was on point. I love the variety of treats they offer too; the blueberry scone is a must-try!“

“Parking is tight at this busy corner. There are tables outside, often with dogs parked at them, and folks coming in are usually just wanting coffee and free wifi. The food selection is small, drinks are expensive to reasonable, and service at the counter is adequate.“

“This place is one of my go to's especially when getting bagels next door. My recommendation is try to place your order ahead of time, especially in the morning.
People who work there are super nice and helpful. Area does attract a variety of people, so be aware of your surroundings. We thought we were doing a good deed one day buying someone coffee only to find out this guy does this on a daily. He was rude to, taking a persons seat who was working.“

Easy stop when I'm in Redwood City or heading through from the North Bay. Been coming here on and off for years, and it's a reliable Starbucks: drinks are consistent, staff moves quick even when busy, and the place feels updated with decent seating and a chill vibe inside.
I usually grab an iced shaken espresso or a macchiato which comes out tasting like it should, so no major issues with orders. Mobile order pickup is smooth most times, and they have the usual pastries/snacks if you need a quick bite.
Overall, dependable for a quick caffeine fix or to hang out a bit—nothing flashy, but it hits the spot when you need it. Still my go-to in this area.
