There is one barista who does not like to put the amount of sugar and cream that you ask for in your beverage. I've been there four times and every time I've had to add sugar or cream.
Honestly, I only stopped here to get ice put in a large Starbucks cup I have and to use the restroom. But the staff was very helpful. There's no charge for the ice and the restroom is clean and fresh. It was a good experience.Parking: I was able to park directly in front of the place.

The shift supervisor, Ruby, is outstanding. She manages the shift staff very efficiently. When she's not there, it's noticeably disorganized. Ruby has great customer skills, is effieceint, and is a great brand representative.
