Customer service was kind, and empathetic especially to my son when he accidentally dropped one of our drinks. You don't come across that too often -nonetheless towards a pre-teen. **Please enter this establishment with a smile or at least an okay attitude (even if it's before you've had your 1st cup of coffee)**“

“We tried the Chilled Shaken Espresso with oat milk, and it was smooth and refreshing. It was a little less sweet than we expected, but that made the coffee flavor stand out more. The ambiance was relaxing, with plenty of comfortable seating, making it a great place to sit, work, or catch up with friends. There is also ample parking, which makes visiting very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we’d definitely consider coming back to try more drinks.“

“I love Starbucks coffee, but to be completely honest, I usually hate actually going into Starbucks locations. However, this specific spot is a total exception! From the very first time I came here, I’ve been a loyal, returning customer.
The staff here is so incredibly sweet and kind. The workers have this amazing, positive energy that is honestly hard to explain, but it makes such a difference. Plus, they really make my coffee perfectly every single time. Whenever I go to other Starbucks locations, it’s just never the same.
Another reason I love this specific location so much is that they don’t use paper cups—I actually don't like the paper cups at all, so this is a huge plus for me. I do wish they still had plastic straws, but it's okay; I understand why they don't! On top of all that, I really love the recent remodel—it looks great inside. This spot is amazing!“

“Starbucks has good and inexpensive coffee if you bring a mug, it’s $.50 for a refill at the Stanford University Starbucks and the staff are exceptionally charming get here early though I normally avoid a Starbucks, but the Stanford University Starbucks is on par with the narrator airport Starbucks, in my opinion for services and charm!“

“The store is very clean and very well. Designed the staff amazingly happy and welcoming. Suggesting a tip for putting a piece of lemon cake in a bag is a little pretentious, but that's okay. On to the bathroom, the bathroom was clean except the toilet. The toilet seat obviously hadn't been cleaned in a couple days. It was a bit crusty. I would be more than happy to return to the Starbucks. As it was a very pleasant experience.“
