The staff are great. They get to know you and your regular drink. Friendly and professional. A great group I go every day. Sometimes twice a day. The rewards program used to be better.
A more expansive cafe with more legroom here in Laurel Village as opposed to the more confining, yet cozy sister shops in downtown. Lots of tables and chairs, but not many wall outlets.
There something missing at this location as compared to other stores in the area. The seating arrangements is weird and does not project a warm and welcoming feeling. Feels more like a bus station than a high end coffee joint. The area is also not very interesting with no views or interesting stores. Parking lot is free for an hour, and then you will get a ticket (private company) for 40 bucks if you go over, which is absolute craziness. Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company has quite nice and delicious coffee, though everything is very expensive. The matcha lavender foam iced matcha is quite tasty. The location is desirable, but the branch is understaffed and the crew cannot get orders done on time due to high volume. The store is always nice and clean. However, the manager has insulted and discriminated against a customer multiple times. There is also a single charging station, making the seats near it crowded, while the rest of the seats have no charging facility. Additionally, the caramel flavor frapuccino was tasteless, as the young man did not put the simple flavor in it.
