Olivia and the morning staff are a ray of sunshine. Fast, efficient, and friendly. They remember all their regular customers and treat everyone with respect and kindness … this is not your typical chain coffee shop.
Olivia and Co are THE BEST. They also are so welcoming and have amazing service. And loving the remodel.

This Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite hangout for locals and visitors in San Francisco. The staff are always very friendly, extremely friendly, and super friendly, often with a smile on their face and providing amazing service. One employee named Olivia remembered a customer and greeted them with amazing service. Another employee, who wears a small pin with the LGBTQIA+ flag, is kind, friendly, and very welcoming. The place is often filled with people working on laptops, creating a positive mood. While it is a pretty busy location with limited seating, the service is very quick. Customers ordered honey citrus mint tea, a impossible breakfast sandwich, and an espresso. Despite the busy atmosphere, it is a great location to stop by quickly in the morning. Many guests say they will definitely come here again just for the service.
