Really great neighbourhood sushi - rolls are great and tempura really fresh and light. Nice staff too and glad to revisit after 12 years or so and still find it reliable!Kid-friendliness: They were friendly with the kids and there’s a fish tank too.
First time at this Japanese restaurant, and there's nothing really too special about this place. Typical Japanese restaurant with a basic menu. Parking is really hard, and their sushi tasted very "fishy". The service is really good, but it wasn't really busy when I went so I wouldn't know how their service would be on a busy time. Ambiance is cute inside, and I like how it's dim with different Japanese decorations to make you get the feel of being in Japan.

I dined here on a weekday and few others were present. The vibe was calm, and the meal was lovely with generous slices of very fresh and attractively presented fish, crisp daikon & shiso, and excellent service -- when I asked for more lemon and shiso, it came immediately. The miso with clams was great, and the chef's sampler provided me with ample variety: salmon, fatty tuna, albacore, & escolar.My only ask is that they offer the option of normal and not just low-sodium soy sauce...read full review
