Cashier just stood there looking at us instead of asking for our order. I guess we were supposed to magically know to use the kiosk even though counter area fully staffed. Good drinks though.

Teaspoon San Francisco is a small bubble tea store with a chill vibe. The taro bubble tea, milk tea, and mango Funtime smoothie are delicious. The Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly tastes great, though it is a bit too sweet. The paper straws don't melt like the ones at Starbucks. Online orders are packed very well and delivered safe and sound. However, the store does not look the most modern/beautiful. Some customers found the service wasn't friendly, and employees don’t seem too happy. One cup contained something that looked like undissolved powder that settled at the bottom. Despite this, many are satisfied and highly recommend the drinks.
